Refund policy

At ZodiacGlow Crystal, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that custom or personalized zodiac jewelry is non-refundable unless defective.
